Sculpture

La scultura è stata concepita da Paolo Grassi quale simbolo delle proprie fotografie d’arte. L’opera rappresenta una goccia d’acqua che si dissolve verso il cielo come le fiamme del fuoco. Fuoco e acqua sono infatti gli elementi archetipici utilizzati dall’artista per la realizzazione delle opere in resinotipia.

The sculpture was conceived by Paolo Grassi as a symbol of his own art photographs. The work represents a drop of water that dissolves towards the sky like the flames of fire. In fact, fire and water are the archetypal elements used by the artist for the realization of resin-coated works.
