Vineyard of Sciacchetrà grapes on the hills of the Cinque Terre. The land is essentially cultivated by hand as the size and conformation of the territory do not allow access to large mechanical vehicles. The land is terraced and cultivated with vine plants. The Sciacchetrà wine is produced in Liguria. It seems that the name derives from the dialect term "sciacca" which means crushing grapes. Vigneto di uve Sciacchetrà sulle colline delle Cinque Terre. I terreni sono coltivani essenzialmente a mano in quanto le dimensioni e la conformazione del territorio non permettono l’accesso ai mezzi meccanici di grandi dimensioni. I terreni sono terrazzati e coltivati con piante di Vite. In Liguria si produce il vino Sciacchetrà. Pare che il nome derivi dal termine dialettare “sciacca” che significa schiacciare l’uva. Sembra che questo vino sia stato apprezzato anche dal famoso pittore macchiaiolo Telemaco Signorini.
